Sales Development Representative

What matters for us

We’re not looking for a perfect CV - we care about how you think and approach problems. You’ll do great here if you:

  • Communicate clearly - written and spoken. No fluff. Our buyers are technical.
  • Stay curious and not afraid to ask Why? - especially when exploring new tools and ideas.
  • Can connect the dots and understand both business and tech context.
  • Take ownership - no one will micromanage you here.
  • Stay persistent and don’t give up after a couple of unanswered messages.
  • Interest in DevOps / cloud / tech (you’ll learn a lot here anyway).

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B or outbound sales.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.

What You’ll do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads by researching and targeting the right companies.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders - engineers, CTOs, and decision-makers.
  • Generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls through personalized outreach.
  • Own pipeline generation and experiment with AI-powered workflows to improve outreach quality and speed - if something feels repetitive, find a smarter way.
  • Work closely with the CEO, learning directly from hands-on sales execution.
  • Continuously improve outreach efforts with a focus on quality over quantity.

Range: 1,6K -2,2K EUR Gross (depending on the level of experience) + performance-based bonus

Working time: Full-time

Location: Vilnius or remote
