| What is it?
This competition supports student initiatives that foster coastal culture, strengthen communities, and promote a sustainable future.
| Who can participate?
- All KU students and student organizations.
- Each project team must include students from at least 3 different EU-CONEXUS universities.
- Don’t have a team yet? No problem! Submit your application anyway – we will help you connect with partners from other universities.
| What are the themes?
Projects may fall into two categories (or combine both):
- Dissemination of sustainable coastal ideas to society (e.g., education on climate change, waste management, healthy nutrition).
- Strengthening the student community (e.g., volunteering, exhibitions, social campaigns, international events).
| Funding
- 1 project will receive up to €15,000 in funding.
- Projects are encouraged to involve as many EU-CONEXUS university partners as possible.
| Timeline
- Application period: 15 September – 15 November 2025.
- Project activities must be implemented by 31 October 2026.
- The final report must be submitted within 3 weeks after the project’s completion.
