Staff

According to data of June 30, 2016, the Institute of Baltic Region History and Archaeology employs 43 persons. Their positions at the Institute are funded from the budget of Klaipėda University, national and international research projects and commissions received for archaeological excavation work.

The staff of the Institute includes 22 researchers. Most of them are PhD holders. All scientists at the Institute pursue joint and / or individual research projects, thus implementing the goals and objectives of Institute’s long-term research programmes.
